The Grimes Mobile Food Pantry comes to the Grimes County Fairgrounds every Second Thursday of the month. We serve food from 10am-11:15am.
Anderson UMC volunteers to pass out the food which is delivered by the Brazos Valley Food Bank.
Anybody in Grimes County is welcome to come to the food pantry to receive a box of non-perishable items, as well as seasonal produce and bread. Every month, the delivery is different.
You do not to bring anything or any paperwork with you. We don't turn anyone away.
If you would like to help volunteer, we would love to have you. We ask volunteers to arrive by 9:45 to help unpack food and set up for the distribution.
